We are seeking a multi-site Manager with an entrepreneurial spirit to lead and cultivate high-performing teams across our Gold Coast retail locations. This dynamic role involves leading and developing an already highly engaged team, with responsibility for all facets of the retail business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to achieve sales targets through motivational leadership.
• Hold accountability for sales, wages, and shrinkage targets across your designated region.
• Motivate and encourage teams to meet their financial budgets.
• Develop team members' skills and capabilities through a hands-on approach.
• Manage recruitment, performance, and career development for your team.
• Provide stock feedback and oversee inventory management.

What You Bring:

You are an experienced multi-site manager with retail expertise gained within a large-format, multi-division fashion retail environment, including exposure to broader commercial operations.

Additionally, you will possess:

• Proven multi-site experience in a high-volume retail sales environment, encompassing frontline sales and staff supervision.
• Experience with budget development, target implementation, and profitable retail operations.
• Knowledge of human resource and personnel management principles, including experience with recruitment and selection.
• Excellent interpersonal skills suitable for engaging with a range of staff, customers, and clients.
• The ability to coordinate, report on, and action stock management and stocktake procedures and practices.
• A passion for the surf lifestyle and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
