About the Role
This position involves providing client support, undertaking general administration, and assisting brokers with daily tasks. You will be entrusted with direct client responsibilities, with opportunities for on-the-job learning and a structured development and mentoring program to build a career in broking.
A Day in the Life
- Manage renewals, new business quotes, and overall account servicing, including policies, endorsements, and invoicing.
- Liaise with clients, insurers, underwriters, and internal teams to meet deadlines and support broking strategy.
- Maintain accurate documentation, systems, and processing in collaboration with the Gallagher Service Centre.
- Support debtor management, gather client information, and identify key issues.
- Contribute to continuous process improvement, engage in ongoing training, and uphold professional and ethical standards.
Skills and Experience
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar client support or administration role.
- Attention to detail.
- Clear and effective communication with stakeholders.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise to meet deadlines.
- A proactive approach and a commitment to client service excellence.
- A Tier 1 qualification is desirable, or a willingness to complete one within the first 6 months, with Gallagher support.
