Assistant Jewellery Sales Supervisor / Jewellery Sales Supervisor

3D-Gold Management Services Limited is seeking a full-time, on-site Assistant Jewellery Sales Supervisor / Jewellery Sales Supervisor to join our team in Sydney NSW.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Shop Manager with daily shop operations and inventory oversight.
• Engage in the sale and promotion of jewellery products.
• Deliver high-class and professional customer service.
• Support colleagues in achieving business objectives.
• Contribute to daily departmental operations and product-related tasks.
• Undertake the training of new employees.
• Provide staff with performance feedback and outline expectations.

Requirements:

• High school education or equivalent.
• A minimum of 3 years of substantial experience in the jewellery retail sector.
• Demonstrated strong selling and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin) for communication and written tasks.
• Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays on a rotating roster.

Candidates possessing more significant and relevant working experience, along with management experience in the jewellery retail industry, will be considered for the roles of Jewellery Sales Supervisor or Senior Jewellery Sales Supervisor.
