About the Role As the Assistant Store Manager, you will provide an outstanding customer experience through feature and benefit selling, ensuring each customer receives personalised guidance within the beautiful Hervey Bay store. You will be instrumental in coaching and developing your team, equipping them with the product knowledge and training necessary to confidently present new collections, fabrics, and furniture pieces, thereby driving sales achievement. Furthermore, you will assist with the store's daily administrative duties, including rostering and ordering, to maintain efficient store operations.

Skills and Experience

• Previous retail management experience is highly regarded.
• Confident in fostering long-term customer relationships.
• Possesses strong organisational skills.
• A genuine interest in furniture or interior design is a bonus.
• Confident in handling and moving furniture and large cartons.
