Assistant Property Manager JLL Adelaide SA Full-time, Onsite

This position involves being the primary point of contact for Unley and Northpark Shopping Centres, engaging with customers, contractors, retailers, and staff. The role requires a personable individual with strong multitasking capabilities, the ability to remain calm under pressure, and comfort in a diverse work setting. This opportunity offers a varied and engaging workload. Accounts payable experience is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the reception switchboard is continuously attended and calls are answered promptly with a high level of customer service.
• Undertake general administrative duties as directed by the Centre Manager.
• Generate contracts and purchase orders within MRIM.
• Coordinate and communicate CM3 contractor induction processes and manage the return of all site keys daily.
• Assist in the monthly collection and entry of tenant sales and traffic figures.
• Support purchase order entry, creditor invoice batching, and tenant invoice distribution.
• Perform daily receipting and banking.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• High personal presentation.
• Understanding of financial components of invoices.
• An engaged team member keen to learn and grow.
