Dotti is seeking a fashion-forward Assistant Store Manager for its Wetherill Park store. This role is for individuals passionate about leading by example, supporting their team, and delivering outstanding customer experiences. The Assistant Store Manager will support the Store Manager in driving sales and cultivating a lively, fun in-store atmosphere.

This part-time position requires availability for weekends, late-night trading hours, and public holidays.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and Key Performance Indicators while maintaining a fun, customer-focused environment.
• Support team members through training and feedback to foster their growth and development.
• Manage inventory, maintain store presentation, and assist with visual merchandising.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to create a positive and safe working environment.
• Assist with roster management to ensure adequate staffing levels to meet demand.

Requirements:

• Retail experience, including a leadership or supervisory background.
• A passion for fashion and delivering excellent customer service.
• Demonstrated ability to support sales goals and coach team members.
• Strong organisational skills and multitasking capabilities.
• Visual merchandising experience is a bonus.
