Just Jeans Darwin is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading the team. This role is integral to driving sales, meeting key performance indicators (KPIs), and delivering excellent customer service, all while upholding Just Jeans' denim expertise. The position requires availability across weekends, late-night trading hours, and public holidays.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in achieving sales targets and maintaining high standards of customer service.
• Provide coaching and feedback to team members to support their development.
• Oversee daily operations, including stock control, visual merchandising, and store presentation.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to foster a safe and inclusive work environment.

Requirements:

• Previous leadership experience in customer service.
• Experience in driving sales and achieving KPIs.
• Ability to provide feedback and coach a team effectively.
• Strong organisational skills and the capacity to multitask.
• Visual merchandising experience is a plus.
