Peter Alexander is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for its Parramatta location. This role involves supporting the Store Manager in delivering an exceptional experience for both the team and customers, driving sales, cultivating a delightful store environment, and ensuring efficient operations. The position focuses on promoting happiness, creativity, and luxury.

This is a full-time role requiring availability for weekends, late-night trading hours, and public holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and maintaining a customer-first store atmosphere.
• Assist in training and developing the team to enhance their performance and growth.
• Contribute to stock control, visual merchandising, and maintaining an organised and welcoming store.
• Help foster a positive and motivating environment for the team.
• Assist with roster management to ensure adequate staffing during peak trading times.

Candidate Profile:

• Previous retail experience, including leadership or supervisory experience.
• A passion for fashion and delivering excellent customer service.
• Ability to support sales targets and KPIs and assist the team in achieving success.
• Visual merchandising experience is preferred but not essential.
• Experience in a high stock volume business would be considered a bonus.
• Strong organisational skills and the capacity to multitask.
