We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven individual to join our Brookvale store as an Assistant Store Manager. This role offers the autonomy to lead and grow the success of the store and team alongside the Store Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Create professional and personalised experiences for customers enhancing their jewellery and watch collections.
• Support the Store Manager with daily store operations and motivating team members to meet sales targets and KPIs.
• Coach and train team members to excel in sales.
• Lead by example to achieve personal sales targets and identify opportunities to maximise store sales.
• Maintain high standards of store presentation, in-store safety, and visual merchandising.
• Assist the Store Manager with administrative and operational store requirements.
