About the Role This full-time position offers a significant opportunity to influence the establishment of a new retail outlet. Working alongside the Store Manager, your responsibilities will include:

You will be instrumental in shaping the store's culture, defining standards, and fostering a high-performing team from the outset. The role requires availability for weekends and public holidays, with a roster typically from Sunday to Thursday.
