Prouds Jewellers, with over 120 years of history in Australia, is seeking an ambitious, sales-driven leader to join our Nambour team as an Assistant Store Manager. We are renowned for high-quality, timeless jewellery and foster an enjoyable and supportive working culture for our team members.
This full-time, onsite role offers the opportunity to work closely with the Store Manager to achieve personal and store sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). You will have the chance to develop your leadership skills by coaching team members to excel in sales and deliver exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to drive store and team performance towards achieving KPIs and sales targets.
- Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service experiences while meeting personal sales targets.
- Coach and train team members to enhance their sales performance.
- Maintain high standards of stock management and shrinkage control.
- Merchandise products to effectively showcase our range, adhering to promotional guidelines.
- Undertake operational tasks including stock replenishment, ticketing, customer repairs, general housekeeping, and retail business administration.

- An understanding of successful business operations with a proven track record of exceeding personal and store sales targets and KPIs.
