About the Role: Assistant Store Managers at Repco will:

• Work closely with Store Managers to lead the team and manage operations for success.
• Coach and develop team members.
• Embody and role model genuine service, creating memorable customer experiences.
• Act as safety leaders, ensuring a safe work environment for themselves, team members, and customers.
• Set a positive example.
• Often hold opening and closing responsibilities.

About You: The ideal candidate will:

• Have previous supervisory experience, or be ready for that next step.
• Demonstrate previous retail or trade experience, including sales, wholesale, and/or workshop operations experience.
• Ideally possess mechanical/automotive parts knowledge.
• Have flexible availability and hold a valid driver's licence.
• Have the physical capacity to perform the duties of the role, including handling products of a heavy nature.
• Prioritise safety.

Note: This role will require lifting, bending, climbing, and safe driving. We welcome applications from individuals without industry experience.
