Assistant Store Manager – Caboolture

Stratco is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for a full-time, onsite position at our Caboolture location. This role offers an attractive rate and the opportunity to work within a high-performing team.

The Opportunity An exciting full-time opportunity exists for an Assistant Store Manager in Caboolture. You will be an integral part of our collaborative retail team, reporting directly to the Store Manager. This role involves engaging with our substantial trades and regular customer base.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and build relationships through face-to-face interactions, email, and phone.
• Lead and participate in training and personal development sessions.
• Assist in the development of rosters and training programmes.
• Support general store management activities.
• Undertake the design and sale of Stratco products.
• Process and enter inbound telephone sales orders.
• Demonstrate a commitment to continual growth, learning, and training.
• Adhere strictly to critical safety rules and contribute to a safe working environment.

About You

• Essential: Ability to coach and develop teams.
• Essential: Computer and data entry skills.
• Essential: Driven to meet KPIs and sales targets.
• Essential: Desire to learn Stratco products and the industry.
• Essential: Availability to work one to two Saturdays per month between 9 am and 2 pm.
• Desirable: Experience in retail management or solid leadership skills.
• Desirable: Experience in the building industry or manufacturing.
• A willingness to enhance the customer experience and foster brand loyalty is valued. While experience is beneficial, your passion, reliable attitude, and personality will be key differentiators.
