This is an opportunity to become part of Pillow Talk by joining our Warrnambool store as an Assistant Store Manager. In this role, you will partner with the Store Manager to lead the team and drive store operational and sales performance. Responsibilities include regularly reviewing store and team member performance, and collaborating on action plans to maximise store potential. You will act as a brand ambassador, creating personalised experiences for customers and employees, fostering high engagement, a positive culture, and sustainable revenue growth. You will coach your team in communicating the brand story, cultivating in-store passion and brand loyalty, and demonstrate how individual efforts align with business strategy.

About You:

• Experience in a commercial, customer-centric supervisory or Assistant Store Manager role.
• Experience in large format, high-volume retail.
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to support the Store Manager in overall store operations and leading teams to consistently achieve revenue targets.
• Fashion or trend orientation with strengths in visual display and stock optimisation.
• Operational agility with strong inventory management capability.
• Consultative selling experience with a proven ability to train and coach in consultative selling.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a track record of creating, collaborating, and implementing ideas to improve store trade.
• Strong delegation skills with the ability to drive team productivity.
