As a Manager within an Apple Store, your role involves leading, coaching, and developing a team dedicated to providing exceptional customer experiences. A key aspect of this position is actively engaging with customers and team members throughout the store to meet performance targets and business priorities.

A Manager is accountable for driving performance against key objectives within designated store areas, alongside broader company priorities. Collaboration and teamwork are essential for executing strategy and achieving Apple’s goals.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and empower each team member to foster learning, growth, and the achievement of performance and developmental objectives.
• Support the recruitment, training, development, and retention of a diverse, high-performing team.
• Actively participate in Floor Leadership by engaging with team members and customers, demonstrating best practices, and ensuring business priorities are met while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Address concerns and escalations from customers and team members, collaborating with leadership and relevant business or People partners as needed.
• Drive business priorities and achieve store performance goals through the planning and execution of operational strategies within assigned functional areas.
• Uphold company policies and procedures, and safeguard all company assets, including confidential business, customer, team member, and financial information.
• Undertake other tasks as required.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment by respecting individual differences and cultivating curiosity for learning.
• Embody Apple’s values of inclusion and diversity in daily activities.
• Serve as a role model for inclusive leadership behaviours and contribute to building, developing, and retaining diverse teams.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Availability to work a schedule that accommodates business needs, potentially including nights, weekends, and public holidays in the retail store. Reliable attendance as scheduled is required, in accordance with local laws and subject to approved accommodations.
• Experience leading others in a retail, sales, or related environment.
• Proficiency in the local language, both written and spoken (sign language is supported).
