Estee Lauder P/L is seeking a full-time, onsite Beauty Advisor/Artist for their Parramatta location.

As a skilled make-up artist, you will blend your creative and technical abilities with a passion for engaging with people to deliver a welcoming, inspiring, and personalised in-store experience. Your role will involve educating and delighting customers.

You will also contribute to a high-performing team by creating impact through in-store events and maintaining the store's high standards of visual merchandising to ensure it stands out from competitors.

Qualifications

• A qualification in make-up artistry and/or previous retail make-up experience is preferred, though applicants with amateur level experience who can demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise are welcome.
• All applicants must be able to demonstrate the ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalised customer service.
• Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events, in a fast-paced work environment.
• Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
• Applicants must be able to provide proof of the right to live and work in Australia if invited to interview.
