The Reject Shop is seeking a full-time, onsite Bench Store Manager for its Cannington location.

Dollarama Australia operates The Reject Shop store network, merging a practical retail culture with global retail standards. The Carousel store is integral to this transition.

We are looking for a Bench Retail Store Manager who leads from within the team, actively participating in the day-to-day operations. This involves working with stock, executing processes, and establishing clear standards through personal example rather than solely directing. Leadership in this role is demonstrated on the shop floor.

The Role:

You will assume complete accountability for your store and consistently deliver practical retail excellence. This includes:

• Leading from the floor, not from an office.
• Working stock and executing core processes collaboratively with your team.
• Driving disciplined store standards in presentation, stock flow, and customer service.
• Managing sales, wages, and costs with commercial awareness.
• Building a capable team by setting clear expectations.
• Consistently upholding standards and addressing performance directly.
• Guiding your team through operational changes as capability is strengthened.

This role is part of a structured retail environment characterised by clear standards, strong execution, and shared responsibility.
