Bookings Officer – RMB Logistics, Silvan

RMB Logistics, trading as Woodmine 2 Pty Ltd, is a growing transport company focused on the movement of horticultural and nursery products throughout Australia. We are seeking a motivated and organised Bookings Officer to join our team at our Silvan Depot.

This is a dynamic role with daily variety, involving customer interaction, freight booking processing, communication with drivers and depot teams, and contributing to the smooth daily operation of our services. About the Role

The Bookings Officer will undertake the following responsibilities:

• Receive and process customer freight bookings.
• Accurately input booking details into our transport management system.
• Liaise with customers concerning collection and delivery needs.
• Communicate with drivers, depots, and the operations team.
• Provide customers with freight status updates and address enquiries.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of booking information.
• Assist with general operational administration tasks.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver excellent customer service.

About You

• Previous experience in administration, customer service, transport, or logistics is preferred.

• Experience utilising Carton Cloud Software.
• Previous experience within the transport and logistics industry.
