Industrial Hose and Fittings Pty Ltd, Sydney's largest independent industrial hose and fittings distributor, is seeking a motivated, reliable, and hands-on Branch All-Rounder to join its growing team. With over 40 years of industry experience, the company supplies quality hoses, fittings, and rubber products to sectors including manufacturing, mining, construction, transport, agriculture, and food processing.

This full-time, permanent, hybrid role offers a dynamic mix of customer service, internal sales, administration, and warehouse duties. It is suited for an individual who thrives on variety and enjoys being part of a busy team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to sales inquiries via phone, email, and at the trade counter.
• Prepare quotes, pricing information, cash sales, picking slips, and invoices accurately.
• Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the showroom.
• Support the storeperson team in the warehouse during peak times, including order packing and goods receiving.
• Collaborate with sales and warehouse teams to ensure customer operations continue smoothly.
• Develop product knowledge concerning industrial and hydraulic hoses, fittings, and associated items.
