Thomas Gooden Foundry Services is a fourth-generation Australian family business serving the plumbing and brassware trade since 1946. We are a close-knit team based in Minto, NSW, importing and distributing quality brassware, valves, and fittings nationwide. As we expand, we seek an individual to assume responsibility for our warehouse operations and grow with us long-term.

This is a hands-on position overseeing the daily functions of our warehouse. Your responsibilities will include:

• Receiving and unpacking incoming containers, verifying stock.
• Managing inventory accuracy, stock control, and reordering via our ERP system.
• Coordinating pick, pack, and dispatch processes, and liaising with freight carriers.
• Ensuring the warehouse is safe, tidy, and compliant with regulations.
• Leading and supporting the warehouse team on a daily basis.

We are looking for an individual who:

• Is Australian-based with fluent, confident English.
• Is a genuine problem-solver capable of thinking on their feet.
• Is reliable and seeking a long-term career commitment.
• Possesses a positive, personable manner and a strong work ethic.
• A forklift licence and warehouse/inventory experience is a plus.
