Tetris Labour Hire specialises in supplying skilled labour across various sectors, with a particular emphasis on White & Blue Collar positions within Warehousing, Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics.

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Supervisor for a pharmaceutical warehouse located in Willawong. Our client requires a positive, hands-on leader capable of motivating and supporting their team while upholding high operational standards in a dynamic warehouse setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, encompassing inbound, outbound, dispatch, and transport activities.
• Guarantee accurate picking, packing, and dispatch of customer orders, meeting Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and Delivery In Full On Time (DIFOT) targets.
• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse team members, managing performance, training, and employee engagement.
• Foster a robust safety culture by ensuring adherence to Work Health and Safety (WHS) policies, safe work practices, and risk management procedures.
• Manage relationships with transport providers and coordinate local, interstate, and MedTrans deliveries.
• Monitor warehouse KPIs, identify opportunities for operational enhancements, and implement Lean/continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping, 5S, and compliance with the Quality Management System (QMS).

Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in a Warehouse Supervisor or Team Leader role within a fast-paced distribution centre.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, including receiving, dispatch, inventory management, and transport coordination.
• Solid grasp of WHS legislation and a commitment to maintaining a safe workplace.
• Experience utilising Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and warehouse technologies such as RF scanners and voice picking.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the capacity to make effective operational decisions.
• Current Forklift Licence (essential).

Position Details:

• Salary: $85,000 – $90,000 per year
• Work Type: Full-time
• Location: Willawong (Onsite)
