SCAFFOLD YARD SUPERVISOR

Opsion is seeking an experienced Scaffold Yard Supervisor to manage daily operations at our Beenleigh site. This is a hands-on leadership position for an individual with a background in construction, logistics, transport, or warehouse operations.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate daily scaffold yard activities.
• Lead and support Yard Workers to meet operational targets.
• Assist with the loading and unloading of scaffold materials and equipment.
• Ensure accurate and safe loading of trucks for dispatch.
• Prepare materials for upcoming projects.
• Maintain inventory control and yard organisation.
• Monitor equipment condition and report maintenance needs.
• Promote and enforce workplace health and safety standards.
• Liaise with Truck Drivers, Supervisors, and operational teams regarding deliveries and site requirements.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and legislative requirements.
• Identify opportunities for operational improvements and cost efficiencies in yard management.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of previous experience in a yard, logistics, warehouse, transport, scaffolding, or construction environment.
• Demonstrated experience leading or supervising a team.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• A proactive and hands-on approach to work.
• Forklift Licence (essential).
• Construction White Card (essential).
• Current Driver's Licence.

Highly Regarded:

• Moffett experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams/Outlook.
• Scaffolding experience.
