O'Brien is looking for a hands-on, reliable, and experienced HR Driver / Storeperson to join our National Distribution Centre in Padstow. About the Role We are seeking an experienced Storeperson with an HR licence who is comfortable with a combination of warehouse duties and delivery work. You will be instrumental in ensuring the safe handling, accurate dispatch, and timely delivery of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory management and stock deliveries
• Organising dispatches and packing stock
• Loading and unloading windscreens as required
• Maintaining safe work practices at all times
• Minimising breakage through correct handling and stock management
• Keeping the warehouse and yard clean, organised, and safe

About You This role will suit someone who is safety-focused, organised, and enjoys physical, hands-on work.

We are looking for candidates with:

• A current HR Driver’s Licence
• Previous experience as a Storeperson and Delivery Driver
• A current Forklift Licence (highly regarded)
• Strong time management skills and the ability to organise your day
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Physical fitness and the ability to lift/pick glass products safely
• A reliable, positive, and team-oriented attitude
