About the Role

As the Branch Manager for our Leichhardt store, you will be a natural leader with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and extensive experience. Your role involves fostering an open work culture aligned with our company values. You will lead by example, collaborating with your team to deliver exceptional service to customers, who are vital to the Australian electrical industry.

Your Responsibilities

• Engage with customers, suppliers, and sales teams to build strong, enduring working relationships.
• Coach, lead, and communicate key priorities to your team, cultivating an inclusive culture and high levels of engagement.
• Direct branch operations to surpass sales, margin, profit, and service targets.
• Champion an established safety culture.
