About the Role
We are seeking an adept administrator to join our team at the Eagle Farm office. This role is crucial in enabling our Managers and field staff to operate effectively. You will gain broad experience through responsibilities including project administration, managing administrative tasks, providing operational support to Managers and Technicians, handling customer inquiries, managing accounts receivable/payable, and overseeing WHS, payroll, and HR administration.
As a central communication point for Schindler, you will collaborate closely with our field teams and customers, leveraging your strong customer service skills. You will also work alongside our administrator team and various internal stakeholders.
What We Are Looking For
To be successful in this position, you will possess:
- Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within a service or construction environment.
- Demonstrated customer service or project coordination experience.
- A strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently.
- Intermediate MS Office skills.
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is highly regarded.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to work collaboratively in a team.
- A qualification (Certificate III or higher) in Business, Accounting/Finance, or a related discipline.
