Join a unique collectables business where no two days are the same. This role offers the opportunity to learn live broadcasting, online sales, auctions, retail, and social media management. You will gain practical skills working behind the scenes of live broadcasts.
About the Role As our Broadcast, Retail and eCommerce assistant, you will learn to support and run interactive live broadcasts, auctions, and events, while also assisting with daily retail and online sales operations. No previous experience is required; training will be provided across:
- Live Broadcast preparation
- Studio setup and production support
- Retail customer service
- Online order processing
- Product listings and descriptions
- Auction preparation
- Inventory support
- Social media content creation
- Online sales and e-commerce processes
This is an opportunity to gain workplace experience while working towards a nationally recognised qualification.
Duties Include:
- Preparing for and assisting with live broadcasts, sales events, and auctions.
- Supporting studio setup, camera operation, and live production workflows.
- Assisting customers in-store and online.
- Processing online orders and helping with dispatch preparation.
- Updating product listings and assisting with product descriptions.
- Helping keep inventory accurate across retail, online, and auction platforms.
- Supporting auction preparation, including lot organisation, photography, and product information.
- Creating and assisting with social media content across multiple platforms.
