Kids Early Learning Centres is seeking a passionate Second Early Childhood Teacher to join our team at the Browns Plains centre. This Reggio Emilia inspired centre, located in the heart of Logan, offers a safe and nurturing environment for 88 children, encouraging creativity, confidence, and independence.

The centre features five studios, extensive outdoor play areas including a Mud Kitchen and Barn Yard, an Art studio, and a children's cafeteria. In addition to the early learning program, Kids ELC Browns Plains provides a flexible Outside School Hours Care service, including before and after school care and a holiday program with activities such as science experiments, themed days, and local excursions.

Kids ELC Browns Plains is participating in the Worker Retention Payment Grant. If successful, you will receive an additional payment on top of your above award pay rate.

You will receive ongoing support from experienced management, including onsite Centre Managers, an Assistant Centre Manager, an Educational Leader, and a First Early Childhood Teacher, as well as a supportive Operations Team and a Leadership & Business Manager.

The successful applicant will:

• Hold a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood).
• Show a clear understanding and knowledge of the NQF (National Quality Framework) and QKLG (Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guidelines).
• Have previous experience in a similar role working with similar age groups.
• Possess excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills.
• Show a genuine interest in the Reggio Emilia approach.
