Junior School Classroom Teacher
Thomas Hassall Anglican College is seeking a skilled and passionate educator for a permanent, full-time Junior School Classroom Teacher position. This onsite role is located in Middleton Grange.

The Role: The successful applicant will join a collaborative and professional team of educators. Responsibilities include taking responsibility for innovative teaching and learning practices within a designated grade and supporting the College's strategic plan.
Key Selection Criteria: Applicants must provide evidence of the following:
- A strong personal Christian faith and regular, practising membership of a Bible-based Christian Church.
- An understanding of student learning processes and effective classroom teaching strategies.
- Effective strategies for managing student expectations and wellbeing, alongside the ability to develop positive partnerships with College families.
- Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills, critical analysis, and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications:
- Appropriate teaching qualifications.
- NESA accreditation.

- A cover application letter.
- A completed Employment Application form, available on the College website. This form should list the names, addresses, and phone numbers of three confidential referees, one of whom must be a Christian Minister.
- A resume detailing teaching, leadership, and other relevant experience.
- A written response, not exceeding 2 pages, addressing the Key Selection Criteria.
- Valid NSW Working with Children (WWCC) details.
