Business Category Manager
Haverford Brands Pty Ltd, an Australian-owned entity with over 135 years of experience delivering quality products and exceptional customer service, is seeking a driven and strategic commercial professional. This is a full-time, onsite role based in Chipping Norton. The salary offered is up to $150,000, plus superannuation and a performance bonus.

With a rich history, robust supplier relationships, and ambitious growth objectives, Haverford Brands is looking for an experienced Category Manager to assume responsibility for all product categories, further solidifying the company's market standing and contributing to its future development.
Reporting directly to the CEO, this role is highly commercial, requiring influence over business strategy and the development and execution of growth initiatives.
About You
We are seeking a commercial specialist with experience in sales and marketing strategy, business strategy, category management, key account management, and product development, who has worked in both traditional B2B and D2C environments.
Key Responsibilities
This is a strategic and hands-on role with the following responsibilities:
- Product and category management, including ongoing product development, quality, and compliance.
- Developing and executing commercial business plans for each category.
- Identifying new product and channel opportunities and associated go-to-market strategies.
- Setting pricing and managing margins for each category.
- Monitoring market trends, both locally and internationally.
- Driving the D2C international growth strategy.
- Collaborating with suppliers on growth initiatives.
- Building and maintaining partnerships with industry experts and charity partners.
- Supporting the customer service sales team with product knowledge and market expertise.
- Working closely with the Operations Team on product forecasting to support growth strategies.
- Collaborating with the Marketing Team to set and deliver strategies, including contributing to content ideas and generation.
