We are seeking an energetic and motivated individual for a casual role in Devonport, offering flexibility to work during school hours and close to home. This position provides an opportunity to develop skills in Sales, Merchandising, and Customer Service, with a focus on creating shopper interest and excitement by ensuring our products are presented at their best.

This role involves managing a set of stores within the Greater Devonport area and working with supermarket customers. The position is casual, averaging approximately 12 hours per week, with availability on Tuesdays and Wednesdays preferred. Additional hours may be available during peak periods.

Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with customers and the Sales team through reliability, efficiency, and effective communication.
• Construct product displays in accordance with company standards and pre-agreed locations.
• Utilise impactful Point of Sale materials to enhance shopper interest in products.
• Ensure product availability on shelves for customers.
• Identify opportunities to increase shopper enjoyment of our products.

Requirements:
