We are seeking an experienced, skilled, and approachable retail professional to join our team as a Full-time Camping Retail Store Manager for our Punchbowl store.

This is an active role requiring you to be on the store floor, ensuring customers receive excellent service and assistance in finding the right gear for their holiday adventures. A significant portion of your day will involve managing staff, ensuring they are on task and adhering to their daily task sheets. Regular reporting to our Leadership Team is required. The primary focus of this role is guiding your team on the store floor to promote camping gear to customers.
