About the Role: As a Nike Athlete, you are central to our brand, serving as the initial point of contact for customers engaging with the Nike experience. Your dedication, energy, and enthusiasm for sport are vital.

Your Responsibilities: In this fast-paced environment, your duties will include:

• Delivering premium customer service.
• Developing and maintaining an expert understanding of our products.
• Replenishing and managing stock levels.
• Upholding in-store visual merchandising standards.
• Supporting the store in achieving its Key Performance Indicators.

• Previous relevant retail and/or customer-service experience.
• A strong desire to deliver a premium service experience.

Role Details: This casual role requires team players who can contribute their energy three days per week. Ideally, you will have availability for one day between Monday and Thursday, and two days during our peak period from Friday to Sunday. This position is onsite at Nike, Canberra DFO, Canberra ACT.
