The Opportunity Join a global luxury fashion brand as a Client Advisor at both our Queens Plaza and Indooroopilly boutique locations. You will work as part of a diverse and supportive team, acting as a passionate brand ambassador to create memorable experiences for clients. Your role will involve demonstrating exceptional client service, a deep understanding of the brand and its products, and strong relationship-building skills to meet ZIMMERMANN’s global vision. You will align with ZIMMERMANN’s core values of integrity, creativity, and passion within a dynamic and collaborative team culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and store KPIs while maintaining ZIMMERMANN's brand standards, including store and visual presentation, stock, and inventory.
• Provide exemplary client service in accordance with the brand's global vision.
• Grow and maintain the ZIMMERMANN client database through engaging and professional client relationships.
• Ensure consistently high standards of visual presentation that reflect brand directives.
• Possess a thorough understanding of company policies and procedures related to store operations, stock, and loss prevention.
• Participate in team training and development initiatives covering product and brand knowledge, sustainability, diversity, and Work Health Safety.
