About the Role: This position is suited for an individual who enjoys assisting people, resolving issues, and thrives in a dynamic yet supportive office setting. Reporting to the Des's Minibus Manager, key responsibilities include:

• Handling customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Assisting customers with bookings and transport arrangements.
• Coordinating with drivers and customers to ensure seamless service.
• Cultivating positive relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Maintaining precise records and documentation.
• Consistently delivering outstanding customer service.
• Supporting adherence to company policies and regulatory mandates.
• Contributing to a safe and positive workplace culture.
