The Role: Merchandiser

As a Merchandiser, you will be working in the field within major retail stores. Your responsibilities include ensuring products are stocked, displayed correctly, and ready for customers. This includes building displays, executing promotions, and maintaining the store's presentation.

Daily Activities Include:

• Restocking shelves and managing inventory.
• Constructing displays and positioning promotional materials.
• Adhering to planograms for precise product placement.
• Working independently or as part of a small team.
• Developing relationships with store personnel.
• Submitting reports promptly using a smart device.

Planogram and Relay Work:

You will be responsible for executing planograms to ensure optimal product placement and visibility. This involves working solo or with a team to enhance product impact and sales.

Planogram Responsibilities:

• Implementing relay and planogram setups.
• Modifying shelf arrangements and positioning products effectively.
• Verifying correct ticketing and signage.
• Obtaining store approval for displays.
• Submitting reports accurately and on time.

Requirements:

• A smart device for reporting.
• A current driver's licence and a dependable vehicle.
• Must be 18 years or older with full Australian working rights.
• Physical fitness is required, including the ability to lift up to 16kgs.
