Strikeforce AMC is seeking a Casual Merchandiser to join their Hardware Team in Wangaratta. This onsite, casual position offers flexible availability, Monday to Friday, with a competitive hourly rate.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals who prefer an active role and reside in or around the Wangaratta area.

About the Role

As a Strikeforce DIY Brand Activator, you will represent leading brands within your designated territory. Your duties will include visiting hardware and DIY stores, such as Bunnings, to:

• Merchandise products
• Execute planograms
• Maintain strong relationships with store teams
• Potentially support Strikeforce Project Teams on larger in-store initiatives

This role necessitates flexibility, as work schedules may be subject to change with short notice. Occasional travel outside your local area may be required.

Key Responsibilities

• Adhere to all OH&S guidelines.
• Manage product stock levels, positioning, and ticketing according to client specifications.
• Accurately and compliantly execute planograms and store relays.
• Construct displays and install point-of-sale materials.
• Cultivate and maintain strong working relationships with store personnel.
• Complete accurate reporting via your own smart device.
• Effectively manage time and work efficiently under pressure.

Role Requirements

• Full Australian working rights.
• Residency in the advertised area or surrounding suburbs.
• A current State Driver’s Licence and a reliable, road-worthy vehicle.
• Physical fitness, with the ability to lift and carry stock up to 16kg.
• Strong attention to detail, coupled with good planning and organisational skills.
• Ownership of a smart device for reporting.
