Nestlé Australia Ltd is seeking a Casual Merchandiser to represent our iconic brands within the grocery channel, including Coles, Woolworths, and independent stores. This role offers an opportunity to gain practical experience in sales and contribute to a healthier future.

Role Overview:

As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for bringing our brands to life in-store through display building, securing product placement, and ensuring outstanding execution. You will engage with Store Managers to achieve strong commercial outcomes and follow a weekly plan, with the potential for additional hours during busy periods. This position requires regional travel across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent Nestlé brands in the Grocery channel.
• Build displays, secure space, and drive in-store execution.
• Partner with Store Managers to influence commercial outcomes.
• Follow a weekly work plan.
• Utilise a mobile device to document work and capture display details.

Requirements for Success:

• Enjoy being mobile and take pride in presentation.
• Keen to grow within a sales environment.
• Experience in a retail or customer-facing setting is desirable.
• Confident communicator skilled in building relationships.
• Hold a valid, unrestricted driver's licence and have access to your own vehicle.
• Possess a hands-on approach and be comfortable lifting, moving, and building displays.
• Comfortable using a mobile device for work documentation.
• Live within the local area and enjoy independent work on the road.
• Organised, safety-focused, and motivated to achieve strong results.
• Full Australian working rights. Applicants may be required to undergo pre-employment checks, including health checks.

Working Hours:

• Wednesday to Friday, contributing 12-20 hours per week.
• Potential for extra hours during peak times.
