The Role: Merchandiser

As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for representing top brands in major retail stores. Your duties will include ensuring products are stocked and displayed effectively, building displays, and executing promotions to maintain a high standard of store presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Restocking shelves and managing inventory levels.
• Constructing displays and implementing promotional materials.
• Adhering to planograms for optimal product placement.
• Collaborating with store staff, working independently or as part of a small team.
• Submitting reports promptly using a smart device.

Planogram & Relay Work:

This role involves executing planograms (store layouts) to ensure products are positioned for maximum impact. Whether working alone or with others, you will contribute to enhancing product visibility and sales performance.

Planogram Responsibilities Include:

• Executing relay and planogram setups.
• Adjusting shelf layouts and positioning products in designated areas.
• Ensuring correct ticketing and signage are in place.
• Obtaining store approval for displays.
• Submitting reports that are timely and accurate.

Requirements:

• A smart device for reporting purposes.
• A current driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle.
• Must be 18 years or older with full Australian working rights.
• Must be physically fit, capable of lifting up to 16kgs.
