The Role: Merchandiser

As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring products are stocked and displayed effectively in major retail stores. Your duties will include building displays, executing promotions, and maintaining store presentation.

Responsibilities:

• Restocking shelves and managing stock levels.
• Building displays and placing promotional materials.
• Following planograms for product placement.
• Working independently or as part of a small team.
• Building relationships with store staff.
• Submitting reports via a smart device.

Planogram & Relay Work:

You will execute planograms and relay setups to ensure optimal product placement and visibility, contributing to sales impact.

Planogram Responsibilities Include:

• Executing relay and planogram setups.
• Adjusting shelf layouts and placing products.
• Ensuring correct ticketing and signage.
• Obtaining store sign-off on displays.
• Submitting timely, accurate reports.

Requirements:

• A smart device for reporting.
• A current driver's licence and a reliable vehicle.
• Must be 18 years or older with full Australian working rights.
• Physically fit, able to lift up to 16kgs.
