The Role: Merchandiser

As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for maintaining product presence in major retail stores. Your duties will include ensuring products are stocked and displayed effectively, building displays, and executing promotions to ensure stores present well.

Your Responsibilities:

• Restocking shelves and managing inventory levels.
• Constructing displays and implementing promotional materials.
• Adhering to planograms for optimal product placement.
• Collaborating individually or as part of a small team.
• Developing positive relationships with store personnel.
• Submitting reports promptly using a smart device.

Planogram & Relay Work:

You will execute planograms (shelf layouts) to ensure optimal product positioning. Whether working independently or with a team, you will contribute to product visibility and sales impact.

Planogram Responsibilities Include:

• Executing relay and planogram setups.
• Adjusting shelf layouts and placing products in designated areas.
• Ensuring accurate ticketing and signage.
• Obtaining store approval for displays.
• Submitting reports that are timely and accurate.

Requirements:

• A smart device for reporting.
• A current driver's licence and a reliable vehicle.
• Must be 18 years or older with full Australian working rights.
• Physically fit, capable of lifting up to 16kgs.
