The Role: Merchandiser

As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for representing leading brands within major retail environments. Your duties will involve ensuring products are adequately stocked, presented effectively, and prepared for customer purchase. This includes constructing displays and implementing promotional activities to maintain store presentation standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Replenishing shelves and managing inventory levels.
• Constructing visually appealing displays and positioning promotional materials.
• Adhering to planograms to ensure optimal product placement.
• Working independently or as part of a small team.
• Developing positive working relationships with store personnel.
• Promptly submitting reports using a smart device.

Planogram & Relay Work: You will be tasked with executing planograms to ensure products are positioned correctly. Whether working autonomously or collaboratively, you will contribute to enhancing product visibility and sales impact.

Planogram Responsibilities Include:

• Implementing relay and planogram setups.
• Adjusting shelf arrangements and placing products in designated areas.
• Confirming correct ticketing and signage are in place.
• Obtaining store approval for displays.
• Submitting reports that are timely and accurate.

Requirements:

• A smart device for reporting purposes.
• A current driver's licence and a dependable vehicle.
• Aged 18 years or older with full Australian working rights.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 16kgs.
