About the Role This is an exciting opportunity for a Casual/Part-Time Sales Assistant to join our valued team. We are looking for a conscientious team member who is passionate about customer service and can contribute to the overall success of the store.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Determining customer needs and managing their expectations through high-quality service and expert product knowledge.
• Listening closely and understanding customer questions.
• Sourcing appropriate stock (in store or via delivery).
• Closing the point of sale with a satisfied customer.
• Maintaining store presentation, including updating, rotating, and ticketing stock.
• Ensuring ease of access for customers and optimum sales at all times.

You will work with high-quality mattress and bedding products. This role offers training, growth, and development opportunities within a flexible and supportive workplace.
