The Role: We are looking for a dynamic Retail Consultant to join our store team in Pimpama. This role involves providing a personalised customer experience, showing genuine interest in understanding customer needs, and recommending suitable items. The Retail Consultant will also be responsible for achieving sales targets and Store KPIs, including conversion rates, customer service scores, and average transaction value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Determine customer needs and recommend appropriate items.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to accurately describe features and benefits.
• Upsell and cross-sell, informing customers about sales and promotions.
• Consistently deliver exceptional customer service.
• Demonstrate company values in all customer interactions.
• Ensure store presentation aligns with Visual Merchandising guidelines.
• Address, resolve, or escalate customer concerns in a timely and appropriate manner.

Who We Are Looking For: We are looking for someone who enjoys retail and understands the customer journey, capable of helping customers realise their home visions. Teamwork is important, as is a drive to meet and exceed sales targets. A proactive approach and an appreciation for authenticity are valued.

What's Needed to Succeed:

• At least 2 years of retail experience in home/lifestyle products is preferred.
• The ability to engage with customers to help them achieve their home vision.
• An enthusiastic approach to selling and exceeding sales targets.
• Exceptional communication skills and computer literacy.
• The capability to manage both customer care and administrative duties.
• A genuine interest in home styling, furniture, or creating welcoming living spaces is a plus.

• As this is a furniture store, the role requires regular manual handling of products, including lifting, carrying, and moving items of various sizes. Applicants must be physically capable of performing these tasks safely as part of their daily duties.
