Spiral Foods Pty Ltd is seeking a dependable and driven Casual Retail Merchandiser to become part of our expanding team in Melbourne VIC. This onsite, casual position offers flexible hours and an immediate start.

About the Role As a Retail Merchandiser, your responsibilities will include:

• Merchandising and replenishing stock.
• Constructing and maintaining appealing product displays.
• Ensuring products are accurately ticketed and positioned according to plan.
• Rotating stock and upholding high presentation standards.
• Cultivating positive interactions with store personnel.
• Identifying and reporting out-of-stock items or merchandising prospects.
• Completing store visits within allocated timeframes.

This is a field-based position requiring travel between various store locations.

About You We are looking for individuals who demonstrate:

• Reliability, punctuality, and self-motivation.
• The ability to work autonomously with limited supervision.
• Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• A friendly demeanour and confidence in interacting with store teams.
• Physical capacity to handle stock movement as needed.
• Flexibility regarding working hours.

Essential Requirements

• A current Australian driver's licence.
• Ownership of a reliable vehicle.
• A smartphone for work-related communications and reporting.
• Full Australian working rights.

Previous experience in retail merchandising, supermarket merchandising, grocery merchandising, FMCG, retail, sales support, or customer service is highly regarded but not essential. Comprehensive training will be provided to suitable candidates.
