Key Responsibilities:

• Be aware of store sales and KPI targets, as well as individual performance targets, take ownership of these, and utilise all available store resources to meet or exceed them.
• Execute Brand Customer Service standards to meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Undertake the execution and maintenance of established Visual Merchandising and In-Store Communication standards.
• Process merchandise deliveries efficiently and replenish merchandising fixtures consistently to ensure the store's full product range is displayed on the sales floor.
• Represent the adidas brand/company values and products in an inspiring and impactful manner.

Requirements:

To be successful in your application, you will possess a strong retail sales or customer service background with a demonstrated track record of success. You will be motivated, energetic, passionate about achievement, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
