Pure Footwear is seeking a casual Retail Sales Assistant to become part of our team in Buderim.

Pure Footwear is a family-owned enterprise with locations in Buderim, Cleveland, and Burleigh Heads. We focus on providing quality footwear that combines comfort, style, and suitability for daily wear. Our distinction lies in the attentive service we offer our customers; we listen, provide genuine recommendations, and assist individuals in discovering footwear that meets their needs.

As a component of a small business, each team member contributes significantly. Your responsibilities will encompass assisting customers, processing and arranging stock, maintaining store presentation, and collaborating with a supportive team.

Candidate Profile

We are seeking an individual who:

• Possesses retail experience; footwear-specific experience is advantageous.
• Enjoys engaging with people and fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
• Has an interest in footwear and fashion trends.
• Demonstrates reliability, a positive outlook, and a willingness to be part of a small team.
• Is available to work up to 15 hours per week.
• Can be available on weekdays and Saturdays.
