The Role:

Forty Winks Bankstown is looking for a Retail Sales Consultant with preferred availability on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. The ideal candidate will present with confidence and authenticity, possess strong relationship-building skills, and be dedicated to delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Your Responsibilities will include:

• Developing customer relationships to offer expert sleep solutions.
• Contributing to daily store operations, including bedroom merchandising, stock handling, computer operation, and floor presence to ensure an outstanding customer experience.

What You Will Bring:

• Retail sales experience with big-ticket items (preferred, but not essential).
• Confident and professional communication abilities.
• Proficiency in computer use.
• A drive to meet sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
