This role offers hands-on experience in sales and customer service. You will engage with customers through various channels, encompassing in-person interactions and online communication. Comprehensive product training will be provided to ensure you can effectively manage our extensive product range. Future opportunities for career development within the company may arise.

Responsibilities:

• Sales and promotion within the showroom.
• Responding to enquiries via phone calls, emails, and online chat.
• Processing orders.
• Assisting with enquiries related to deliveries, refunds, and return requests.

Key Qualities and Attributes:

• Reliability, energy, and motivation, coupled with strong sales capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills, including clear speech and good grammar.
• A robust dedication to customer service.
• Maintaining a high standard of personal presentation and grooming.
• Familiarity with the processes of online shopping.
• Previous retail experience is desirable.

Rostered Hours:

We are seeking availability for 2-3 shifts per week. An estimated commencement date is 20/07/26.

• Typical weekday shift hours: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
• Typical Saturday shift hours: 9:30 am to 3:30 pm.
