The Role: This is a casual position with a roster that includes a minimum of Thursday to Sunday, with varying shift times. By applying, you confirm your availability to work across these specified days.

As a Casual Sales Assistant, your primary focus is providing exceptional customer service to create a memorable shopping experience and a lasting positive connection with our brand. You will be energetic, genuine, and customer-focused, offering personalised assistance to customers seeking the best products and brands.

Responsibilities include:

• Acting as a brand ambassador, demonstrating positivity and professionalism.
• Gaining and maintaining up-to-date product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
• Providing personalised 1:1 customer service.
• Assisting customers with all queries and processing sales.
• Collaborating with the management and store team to achieve KPIs and targets.
• Supporting the wider team with ad hoc tasks, including visual merchandising setup, store cleanliness, and presentation.
• Escalating customer complaints to management.
• Consistently completing mandatory training relevant to product, policy, and procedure.

What We're Looking For:

• Customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or a similar industry.
• The ability to provide excellent service and go above and beyond.
• Passion for sports fashion or knowledge of key brands.
• A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work as part of a team.
• The capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Enthusiasm for overcoming challenges and learning new skills.
• Strong communication skills, with an ability to engage effectively with customers and team members.
• The ability to multi-task.
• Flexibility to work across various shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on store needs.
