The Opportunity

We are seeking a switched-on and dynamic Casual Sales Associate for our store at Adelaide Airport. In this role, you will be operationally proficient and excel at providing customers with exceptional support and a consistently memorable shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding client needs.
• Assist clients in selecting merchandise that aligns with their needs.
• Build and maintain strong commercial relationships with clients to drive repeat business and loyalty.
• Achieve annual sales targets.
• Support store operations, including visual merchandise, stock control, and back-of-house processes.
• Create a memorable and engaging shopping experience by delivering high standards of service.
• This role may require the ability to safely perform physical tasks, including prolonged standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive movements.
